Dongda Medical Rubber Company is a branch of Dongda Group, which is a state-owned large modern enterprise and established in 1958. Located in Zibo City, our company is 100 kilometers to Jinan City, which is the capital of Shandong Province, and 200 kilometers to Qingdao, a beautiful shore city. Alongside the Jinan-Qingdao expressway and Jiaozhou-Jinan railway, our company occupies superior geographical position and enjoys convenient transportation access. We have aimed at contributing to human health for many years and are a leading manufacturer in terms of advanced R&D, production, and management of medical rubber products in our country. We can produce four major series and more than 200 types medical rubber products, such as rubber plungers for disposable syringes, rubber tubes for infusion and transfusion sets, rubber needle covers for blood collection needles, and other rubber parts, rubber pads and rubber caps for medical instruments. Cooperating with many high polymer medical equipment manufacturers both at home and abroad, we have developed more than ten kinds of rubber stoppers for safe syringes. In 1999, the disposable syringes pistons won gold medal and rubber components for infusion and transfusion sets obtained silver medal in China's Patented Technology Fair. The rubber pistons obtained gold medal in 1999 International Medicine and Medical Equipment Achievement Fair. In July 2003, our company was regarded as the new high-tech company by Department of Science and Technology of Shandong Province. Our company has obtained the certificates of ISO9001 and ISO13485 of medical devices, which are the recommended products of China entering into WTO, Shandong top brand products, and design and development patents. With a 10,000-grade clean room of 1,500 square meters, we have many advanced manufacturing equipment, nicer manufacturing environment, and physics and chemistry test labs. Now we can produce 3 billion rubber plungers for syringe uses, 1 billion rubber components for infusion sets and 500 million injection parts for medical instruments.
